Brazilian luxury aviation company, Embraer, recently unveiled the new Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 as successors to the company’s Legacy 450 and Legacy 500. The two new private jets are priced at $17 million and $21 million for the 500 and 600 model respectively. The Praetor 500 and Praetor 600 represent the company’s newest venture into the midsize and super-midsize private jet market.
The Praetor 600 will feature a “Bossa Nova” cabin designed by Jay Beever. The design is inspired by Brazil’s tropic beaches and includes wool and silk carpets and seat patterns inspired by the walkways of Rio De Janeiro’s Ipanema beach. The super-midsized private jet will seat eight to twelve passengers with retractable carbon fiber tables, perfect for in-flight dining.
